It’s crazy to me how we say we want to keep things simple…and then we go all AWOL and do our best to complicate it.
I experienced this as Sarah and I were doing the new redesign of this website. (It looks good, right?) I’d go in and make some changes and Sarah would come back with…”That isn’t very simple”.
Funny, she was right.
With every step I’d add more, and more…thinking it would look better, or help you find our Seriously Simple products. But really it was just more confusing.
This whole website re-design process has taken us a little over a month, and I’ve learned a lot in the process.
Mainly two major points:
- Simple means simple.
- If it’s not simple, it’s complicated.
You can do amazing things with BODYReDESIGN because we actually take the complicated parts out of fat loss.
For those of you that love asking questions, we do offer detailed support on each of the Seriously Simple rules of our program in our bi-monthly live webinars; and truly, if you follow the 5 rules to the letter, they are really simple.
Which leads me to a third point….
- 3. Simple doesn’t mean easy.
During the process of our website redesign, we hit a few points where we wanted to keep it simple, but it took a little work to make it that way.
Specifically for our BODYReDESIGN 360° Program. We’ve got so much content for it, and making all of that easily accessible on your iPhone or iPad required a little work. We wanted the site to be entirely mobile compatible so you could look at your grocery list while you’re at the grocery store. And even though it took some effort and energy to make it happen, we figured it out. And it was totally worth it.
And here’s the lesson: It WILL take some effort and energy to lose fat and love your body. But it doesn’t need to be complicated. Follow the Seriously Simple rules to fat loss and hang out with us here. We’ll help you get it done.
We can help you with more than just fat loss, too. You guys, I did do so much troubleshooting on getting this membership site up, I’m thinking about writing a post for you on how to create you own wellness website simply. Leave me a note in the comments to let me know if that’s something you’d be interested in.
