I love challenges. You can pretty much guarantee my full, unadulterated, overexcited, definitely dramatic participation when someone sets a clear goal and end-game for me. I mean, I really, really get into it.
So this killer workout is right up my alley. Even though I haven’t done it yet. I created it and then wondered…is it possible to rock this out in 12 minutes? I still don’t know, but I’m going to find out! Stay tuned to our FB page this week, because I’ll be sharing with you how long it took me to get through it.
Honestly? I know it doesn’t look that intimidating. I mean, the most reps you do at one time is 10, and I admit that 10 isn’t a crazy huge number to do.
But this ass-kicker sneaks up on you. And by the time you’ve gone down the ladder to 1 rep, you’re already at 54 reps of each exercise. And THEN you have to climb back up!
Ladder workouts are serious HIIT training. And when you’ve got that 12 minute timer counting down on you, there’s no stopping to rest. Try and get down the ladder and back up it in 12 minutes. The exercises are pretty simple, but we’ve got demo videos below just in case.
Can it be done? We’ll have to see! Oh, the suspense!!
