When Lisa finally arrived to Costa Rica after I got it warmed up for a week, we knew we had to hit the beach for a body blast! This beach- Playa Conchal, Costa Rica – is one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. It was a bit warm, but with determination and an incredible backdrop we got a great sweat in to start our first day at awesomenessfest Costa Rica!
We think you can do this 5 times, but listen to your body and work to that goal if you’re more of a novice in the workout department. Just think “pura vida”, beautiful beaches and warm sunshine for inspiration!
Repeat up to 5 times:
20 total lateral skip jumps
5 inchworm pushup to tuck jump
10 total alternating forward-walking lunges
10 total jump split-leg squats
