Rah and I met up at our fav coffee shop Five Watt to do some administrative work and I surprised her with this video.
I was feeling like you might need a super fast and simple workout to do on your own (it’s been awhile since I posted one). What I love about this workout is that it’s 3 simple moves and all you need to remember is the #10.
10 reps of each exercise and keep going through it for 10 minutes. It’s gonna kick your butt so don’t eat fried chicken before it. haha. And anyway, if you’re with us on BRD, fried chicken is free day only food.
